Over the last ten years I have been teaching my clients some of the most cutting edge therapeutic techniques, strategies and skills that have literally changed people’s lives for the better.

The most simple self hypnosis techniques are often the most powerful if taught correctly and with over 20 years as a qualified teacher, I know how to support different learning styles. This means that everyone I work with can embed the hypnotic changes they need for the best outcomes.  Often people do not know where to start  however it is clear that things aren’t right and something needs to change.  Read the following example and see if this resonates:

Anxiousness, helplessness, feeling worthless then restless at night and with very little sleep, it feels like a daily pattern of rinse and repeat; a daily grind you know all too well. It’s exhausting.

I understand that even thinking about doing something can seem scary so I have started my Trance Thursdays again – these simple in person sessions are mini workshops for around an hour, I will teach you some simple self-hypnosis  techniques so that you can help yourself.

Sessions start on January 26th and run on Thursday evenings from 7pm in my offices at Stokesley .
