The price for a full day workshop from 9.15 am arrival (9.30 am start time) to 3 pm. Price is £54.00 per person paid in advance of the workshop by Banking Transfer: once you have emailed or messaged to request your place, I will send you payment request. Please note this is a NON REFUNDABLE booking. I will provide yoga style mats and blankets for your comfort. Please wear comfortable clothing.

This popular class has been running for over 5 Years now. It is a Four Week Evening Class of Guided Meditation and hypnotherapy for relaxation and inner calm. It does not exist anywhere else because I designed it specifically for my clients.
This class is for you if:
You want to learn how to quieten your mind
You feel you are constantly ‘fighting yourself’ and feel exhausted
You know deep down that you need to do something to deal with toxic build up of stress
You are ready to invest in yourself and make easy changes to help you deal with stresses of life in a more mindful way.

After a few stressful years, I felt lost and down which manifested in confidence and identity issues.
